Workplace and culture

Our philosophy is that each local office is responsible for design and function for their local market. Our colleagues in abroad will provide each market with drafting, calculations, analyses and 3D modeling. The reason for this is to make each local market more effective.

We believe that a you will accomplish the most when you enjoy what you are doing and one way of contributing to that is to have colleagues ready to assist you when you do repetitive work so that you can focus on what most people think is the most fun namely overall solutions for design, function and engineering. 

 


 

 

Why work with us?

We offer interesting projects and varied tasks. We support you in when you are solving problems and challenges meaning you are always welcome to ask for help or input if you want. 

Our work process differs from the majority of consultancy agencies. We believe that our designers and architects should probably only engage in the high value part of their work ie overall design responsibility, overall functions and solving engineering challenges so that they free up time. The repetitive part of the work ie measuring doors and windows should be done by our colleagues abroad. 

All employees should feel safe and that they are part of a healthy growing company, were they can speak up if they have a say in anything. The reason this is important is that this is probably the only way of letting the best idea win. "May the best idea win" is one of our mantras. Therefore, we encourage open and straight communication between the leadership and the employees, and welcome constructive criticism that drives the company forward.

    We are in a growth phase and we are in periodic need of more competent colleagues. We see the company as a platform for the individual to grow on. We encourage and support your development!

  • Social activities

    Study visits, seminars, fairs and after work are things we do together. We also make an annual international trip together with the company's branches abroad.
